(Limited time only)
Teachers and students set specific tasks to encourage on-task practice rather than time-based practice.
Students are prompted to practice efficiently and strategically based on the assigned tasks.
Real-time progress is monitored systematically and shared with teacher and parents, where instantaneous feedback and encouragement can be given.
Motivation and positive reinforcement come in the form of stickers and emoticons, as well as growing the home environment of Dominic, the practice buddy.
Meet Myelin. Both you and I have it, plenty of it. We started building myelin three months before birth. Without it, we wouldn’t be able to count, walk or talk.
Every human movement is a timed electric signal travelling through a circuit of nerve fibers, and myelin is the insulation that wraps around the circuit. The more time you repeat that movement, the more myelin there is; and the more myelin there is, the stronger, faster and more fluent the movement is.
Myelin is designed to guide you in your daily practice, not only to build myelin on tasks but also to increase engagement between teacher and students, making the progress in between lessons more effective.
Let’s get myelinated!
